A delightful run from Salisbury to Lychett Minster and back, 70 odd miles.
The plan was to go via Ringwood, but the traffic was as might be expected on a Bank Holiday pre COVID. The reason was made clear today with photos of Bournemouth Beach yesterday..
Anyway I went cross country using minor roads and although it took a bit longer it was the better journey for it.

Driving a Plus 8 when it is over 30c, even with A/C was thirsty work. For the run back I put up the roof and with the A/C blasting out cold air it was a much nicer trip. I've concluded an open car when it is over 27C is not as much fun as it seems!

Tarka ran flawlessly, engine temperature rock solid at 95C and no heat soak into the cockpit, just great wafts of hot air from the bonnet when accelerating hard.... somestick
