Always a bit worrying to see the expensive overhead base growing, especially in such a small company. Let’s hope its productive. Often when this happens each new senior person brings in their own expensive associates which leads to swings in direction, increased NPPW (..non productive people watchers..) and ultimately financial issues. I hope the new management have a long term commitment to the future of the business and not just their egos and short term bonuses. Opps … may have overstepped the mark here but it is not necessarily a good sign in my opinion..
