If a bona fide Community Speed Watch clocked you at 32 in a 20 zone, a warning letter from Plod will be winging its way to you.

If it was in a 30 zone they clearly have nothing better to do.

PS. A red flag campaign is a great idea to give the powers that be the red card. redcard
