No, I never was a politician..though I have had the sad occasion to bring down some.

Roads in Canada are wide enough for anything (assuming a good suspension). Roads there are much wider than UK or European fare of course, and there is no one on them. smile We live 40 miles from the nearest police station and they only way to get them near is to invite them to the BBQ.

We find the small roads in the UK/US need a slim car. 64" was ok...but the Works and I decided on 60" for our mog in Canada and it was made considerably lighter than stock. The engine compliments that.

The biggest problem we have had with Aero width was in the UK. on B/C roads. It was super splendid on Motorways but my wife and I prefer the little windy stuff in any country we travel.

P.S. Come to think of it, Canada (and Australia) would be the most ideal arenas for an Aero and a winding country road lover. Assuming the suspension could manage the byways, the width would be no factor on even the smallest country lanes we have. If they were importable, I seriously would consider one.
