Thanks for commiserations, at least I won’t have the pain of paying for it as well.
Perhaps I should have kept the 'dorsal' Bren mount after all - trust me, that would have been very therapeutic indeed.
Suppose could also have gone for a 'high-res' day-glo orange body and yellow wings paint job...
May get a set of those posh metal stands and ropes for when parking in future; should fit quite nicely on the ‘towel rail’ on the back!
