Theres no hint that thhey ahve employed consultants to do this (where it always gets expensive). Just looks like they got a decent designer to do an update.
I would not be surprised if Matt (Aeromax) Humphries did it
It makes sense to use the (talented) resources available - and as such the cost will be zero in terms of getting it created.
As stated on the Morgan website the logo will 'transition' (i.e. we'll use up the stock of old logo branded stuff ebfore we spend any more money - and sensibly so.
As for dealers changing their signs - well it may happen over the course of time, but I'm sure they aren't going to tell off dealers in the short term.
