On one of the many debates raging on this subject on DG's the issue of potential BMW involvement with Morgan has been raised. Indeed with legislation as it is perhaps Morgan need a big technology partner to help like BMW.
I thought the same as soon as someone pointed out the simmilarity to the Mini logo.

I do not believe so. The BMW comments indicate more about their writers' feelings about BMW than anything about Morgan. I cannot see BMW insisting on a logo change and, despite CM's respect for them, anyone at Morgan listening if they did.
BMW, a cutting edge technological company, clings closely to its old logo. That does not suggest that they would want Morgan to abandon theirs.
It seems a father/son thing. Best to look the other way.
