I guess the beauty of this kit is that it can be fitted anywhere by anyone who can use a spanner - so no need to fill up the Pickersleigh Road workshops!
Surely this is a weld in mod to the chassis not a spanner job?
No welding involved - mine was fitted by my dealer Bell & Colvill.
The mounting to the cross tube is basically a split larger diameter tube which bolts around the esiting crossmember. It then looks as if the diagonal strut braces go across to the upper wishbones. I didn't look too closely beforehand so can't comment on whether the wishbones are new, have new mountings attached or are using existing mounts.
I understand the parts are available from Morgan so your local dealer can presumably order them.
I have the cooling fan upgrade so it definately fits with that installed.
I must say that I've not noticed any difference in the ride or handling, but I did have the Centra compensator fitted at the same time which has transformed the car.
