I think the point about the MMC Scott, is that without them, no-one would have the balls to do what they have done in the first place, but that doesn't mean they should absolve themselves of responsibility for putting it right, and they should not lie about what is happening, however, in their shoes, and in the place they are in right now, can anyone say they would not do the same thing, given current lliability laws.
To a certain extent they have been dropped in it by CM and it appears no-one was strong enough at the time to overrule him initially, and they are now clearing up as best they can.
If they were to go down the tubes because of this, it would be a pretty sad state of affairs, so I hope they can continue to balance what they do best, with trying to keep their customers on side.
They have a really good guy running things right now, and sometimes he must be tearing his hair out trying to get things right.
