I can absolutly confirm that my 3w has been subject to none other than normal use. The three other cracked chassis I uncovered at two meets were on normal cars also. Of course you cant blame Morgan for having the letter written by their legal advisors given the litigious world we live in and the number of cars sold in the states. I think the way its written stops this becoming an offical recall. At least Morgan are owning up to the issue now.
