MMC did arrange a meetIng of M3W owners in January 2014 . I was there and others on this forum. There were about 20 car owners present with many MMC management staff.
The meeting was chaired by Steve Morris and they were all very open and honest about the issues with the car.
I was left with an overriding feeling that MMC had a decent genuine desire to solve issues for all owners .
I do believe that this entente still exists today.
I do agree that often MMC communications are weak. But in my experience they have the desire and the heart to stand by their product.
