Boy it sure gets lonely way out here on the West Coast of the USA. Lets see, send my 2012 back to the factory is $6000 and back again to here another $6000. Supposedly my cracked frame pictures are back in Malvern, yet haven't heard a word and the weather out here is lovely, sigh. Guys I'm not gonna send it back--all I want is instructions and support, is that asking too much??
