Can the modern one meet any of these criteria? Yet it's another success for the Morgan Motor Company. It shows really how much their customer base has changed. And very recently really. I well remember the owners meetings being populated by scruffy chaps talking about the mechanics of the thing...then inspecting all the mods on each car there. That was only twenty or so years ago. The last few meetings I went to three or so years ago had very different types talking only about shipping their cars to foreign lands for a holiday and what excellent meals were available and where. We've changed and so have the cars I guess...? Nick
Nick - Missing the camaraderie of the good old days! that’s why you need one - it’s a quite different experience being involved & driving the M3W to anything else morgan related or any other group or club I’ve experienced to date in spite of the excessively negative bias by some posting here (who haven’t any real experience with the M3W good or bad and who assume a lot.) I’ve personally experienced all there is to date that can go wrong not only with the car but also with the lack of experience as a whole around our vechicles, but it’s still without doubt the best thing we’ve ever bought - it’s got a group of owners who’s dedication, & motivation to putting on events and driving the car thousands of miles across continents is inspiring and whose technical experience of course has grown & developed at the same pace with the car. There are those who will scoff but you really need to get in the water if you’re going to swim with the fish 🐠.
