Morgan's behaviour over this issue sounds appalling. I can understand their actions to some extent as the financial implications are huge for such a small company. However, there are many other issues at stake here......
I wonder what will happen when/if someone is seriously injured or worse? I suspect MMC would find themselves in a very difficult position to defend, which could see the demise of the business!
