Howard, are your walls constructed with dob and dab plasterboard but unsealed at ceiling and skirting height?
Dont really know but from looking in the built in garage, I reckon they will be thermalite blocks with stuck on insulation. All floors etc are sealed. The bungalow is a one off built by a surveyor for himself and using his subbies from work. Judging by the man and by all the fittings, it wasnt done on the cheap.
My guess is that the problem is a/ bungalow b/ size c/ bay windows with buttresses d/ narrow double glazing in mahogany frames
