It may not have been raining, but the roads were damp, meaning Tarka now needs a wipe down!
The winter tyres are amazing, on a cold wet road where the Pilot. Sport 4S+ would have been skittish the Cross Climates just gripped, no need to a super careful right foot on roundabouts and white road paint!
Very reassuring!


That is a nice morning picture, I do love airfields - I am lucky to live in close proximity to a small one and it always invokes some emotion when I walk past.

I was pleasantly surprised bu the Thruxton skidpan experience- not least that the pan is a decent size - there's room to lose a car without falling off the pan, and all at about 5mph

I would love to take mine on a skid pan, great way to get a feel for the car without being at high speed or wearing the tyres out!
