Dave sorry to read you two have had a session of removals too.

We both had similar this year on the NHS and their service and aftercare was impressive, both of us were day patients within a fortnight of diagnosis. We both needed a second removal on the same sites, mine requiring a 10mm X 45mm and 10 stitches fortunately on my forearm. Mine was typical BCC a very uneven mole, my good ladies was far more worrying as it presented itself as an intermittent light bleeding from an area of her nose with zero discolouration or discernable marks, after the second bite at it she required a graft which thankfully has settled down nicely now.

Too much unprotected sun whilst working overseas was the most likely cause it was suggested by the professionals.
