I would tackle the other end of the market.

I would look at fitting better front and rear suspension to the trad, to improve ride and remove need to grease kingpins ( a bit archaic) and simplify some of the wiring/electronics to improve reliability or hold stock of PCB 's etc and you would have a very good basis for simple and rewarding Morganeering

Nope! ... leave them be 🙂 ... the charm of Morgans is their anachronism ... we have 'Restomods' ....but think 'Retromod' ... taking future unloved and overcomplicated CXs and giving them rubber mats, basic bucket seats, narrow wires, re-engineered fold-down screen and aeros ... and a decently tuned crossflow with a type 9 five-speed ... ditch all the electronics as now surplus and end up with a lovely balanced and sustainable car to last a lifetime or two and a proper engaging driving experience to boot. We can but dream! 😆
