Of course. Because owners of trads tend to be more into the tradition (funny enough). Apart from the fact that it is great fun to drive, one of the major reasons I love my 4/4 is that it does represent 100 years of engineering tradition. I don't think that's a major factor for most Aero owners.
I am sorry to say it Julf, but it is really condescending generalisms such as this that get my goat. It seems that you have joined the band of people who take the attitude that somehow the Trad owner has a purer enthusiasm for the marque, than an Aero owner. Why can't you just accept that we are all enthusiasts for Morgan's and that this enthusiasm can be expressed in many different ways.
If you wanted to draw a line between owners of trads and Aero 8s, I wouldn't like to do that.
Spoken by a Trad owner and a genuine enthusiast for both the car (Morgan) and the people who drive them.
P.S. I might mention that many of the Aero owners have either had a Trad in the past, or have a Trad in addition.
