A few years ago I did some research, but without any M3W to play with, AND Centa coming out with their comp through MMC, I didn't pursue this any further.

LoveJoy Flex Coupling LF-16

The LoveJoy coupling in the above link is good for 413#/' of torque at max and will be capable of 6000 rpms. It also has a nominal wind up of 5º and a max of 14º at max torque.

The slick thing about this is that it will probably come very close to just bolting up to the original rear flange that came in the original Harley comp from MMC. They would bolt in with the three axial bolts and then on the crankshaft end, all you need is a stub that slides inside the coupling and has three radial bolts to affix it. That way the unit could be installed just as you see in the KH picture. Then just slide in the motor, attach the four bolts through preciously made holes at each bolt head and then through just one other hole, slide in each of the three bolts with blue Loctite and you're ready to roll.

I checked on pricing here in the US and this coupling through our work was just $200.00. The rear adapter plate could just be re-drilled with the correct bolt pattern and a new from flywheel hub with a round shaft extending rearward and that's the entire kit. Oh, it's High Temp Rubber to boot, (-40 to 194 ºF). So with all the new holes in the adapter, ventilation shouldn't be an issue.

This sounds like something Phil could sink his teeth into.

Just throw I'd throw out what I had found a few years ago and how it "may" be very similar to what KH has now. I think this LoveJoy design may be a bit easier to install as the crankshaft bolts are radial, not axial, making he inserting and tightening of the bolts a lot easier.
