PS - Same everywhere I guess, and Portugal is no exception. There's no craftsmanship taught in Universities, I think nowadays people think any kind of work not done sitting in front of a computer is beneath them.
Also, the youngsters that don't get to enter Uni will find it hard to be humble and to spend more than one month learning something from older folks.
