Although the camera angle might alter our perception, I guess that the picture of the right side header, even without the vertical line on display, hints that this header is also shorter than almost all others pictured in this thread, exceptions being my own car and maybe Robert's (Grockle's).
One interesting thing is that when my mechanic mentioned that the problem was the "shorter" section of the header (between engine head and where it turns to the back) I told him that maybe the problem wasn't in the length of that particular section, but that the shape of it was bent downwards.
He said "no, it's not that. I measured the distance from the bottom of the header to the floor and it is exactly the same in both sides. The problem is that the header is shorter and therefore turns to the back of the car before clearing the bottom of the spring."
I really need to get hold of all measures. And I will probably ask for a new header (or the pair of them?) from the factory, under warranty.
I tell "yous", the two years we're given to iron out all these things aren't too much. Considering after all is properly set up, that's when the warranty period should start.
