I thank you all for the kind words. As I've always done I will follow the proper channels so what I did today was to send a very detailed email to my dealer, in the hope that this course of action will bring me a(nother) new left side exhaust in a matter of days.

Here I will just share 3 of the many pictures that were embedded in that email.

LEFT SIDE
You can clearly see the pipe going down, can't even tighten the mount's screw or else the exhaust's welding will come under considerable stress (without need to start the engine). Same or stronger stress - until the welding collapses - would be suffered by the exhaust header up front, because tightening that screw would make it being pushed down by a very strong and quite long lever - the pipe)






RIGHT SIDE (pipe horizontal, screw tightened, nothing to report here)






Here the video I made after I asked the exhausts to be removed from the car and placed side by side on the floor, for some measuring






And now, to end and for a bit of a laugh or, if you're not feeling humorous, a simple "head shaking in disbelief" ... here's a perfectly welded fishtail (sorry I don't know how to make a proper fish pun like this one deserves)
