Wen normally cooks our curries and they are very good. She had a cooking course in Kerala a couple of years ago and came back with a suitcase of spices.
However I found a supplier of curry kits called Tastesmiths. They provide all the fresh ingredients and instructions that even I can follow....so I give her a treat by cooking them myself. I soon learnt about the chillies....had to go for a pee halfway through preparation. Even though Iā€™d washed my hands before (and after of course šŸ™„) it was excruciating šŸ˜³


Had to laugh that reminded me of being in Borneo undertaking some little jaunt. We were issued MOD Mosquito Repellent which you applied by hand, of course we had very limited water supplies, painful experience all round exting exting
