More good (well better) news from Italy. The number of new contagions has again fallen nationally and for the fourth day in a row for Lomdardia. Even though experts believe that there may be as many as 4 times the number who do not have symptoms and have not been tested.

In the very first "Red zone", Codogno, for the first time there were no new contagions.

In an effert to stop movement anyone found to be driving a car without valid reason could be fined up to €4,000

From tomorrow service stations will be closed. I can only assume arrangements have been made to supply fuel for essential services and essential workers.
