Balance of probability is you have hd a mild infection. But in the absence of any proper diagnosis or test I'd probably carry on as normal.

I would have thought a period of self isolation would be the correct thing to do. The symptoms mentioned do seem to be comparable with those reported by some people known to be infected therefore the choice is to either get a test, if available, or given the fact that the symptoms are not severe a voluntary quarantine would ensure that you don't pass the infection to somebody more vulnerable.

There seems to be some evidence to show that the most contagious period is early in the infection before serious symptoms appear.

+1 I heard a scientist involved yesterday saying that loss of taste, smell or hearing was actually the most reliable symptom. You don't want to pass it on, why take the risk? Just isolate must be best decision?
