It is not long to go until we welcome you on your holiday. We are sure you are counting down the days to an enriching experience and making new memories (and antibodies - my words not theirs).

Your balance of £2,158.00 is due by 26 March 2020.

But, do I lose the deposit or cough up?

They are nuts ! crazy3

I assume by now you have been in contact with them. Firstly Flybe is unlikely to be able to fly due to the bankruptcy and secondly even if internal travel is again permitted in Italy by 21 May I suspect entry of people from the UK will not be permitted. Why? Because the UK is several weeks behind Italy with the contagion which means that it will be at least one month before you hit peak levels of contagion even with the sensible social distancing that many are doing and the increasingly severe restraints imposed by government. At least something has been learned from the Italian experience.

At the very least they should permit postponement of the balance until the situation becomes clear. As it is at the moment they are asking you to pay for something that they can not deliver (Flybe!).
