Earlier this year, I broke down outside a rather lovely manoir in France. While I was waiting for the recovery people, the elderly owner showed me his Type 35 and Type 52 that he had restored himself. For a few minutes, the buggeration of my machine going phut was forgotten while I drooled over those beauties. Sadly, he would not let me have one as a courtesy car for the week.


Not surprised they would not lend you the Bugatti, Oh well

Looking at the auction list again I think the 1936 Duesenberg Model JN LWB Tourster would do the trick...
