A number plate for $7Million Dollars. When I found it this morning it was $4Million dollars. What confuses me is it says the Auction has 43 days to start so I would not expect any bids yet, so maybe dummy bids to test it? I find it hard to believe anyone is rich enough to spend $7Million on a number plate.
