The only disinfectants that will kill any virus, including COVID 19 are chlorine or peroxide based. You do not want these on skin or fabric as they are essentially bleach!

All the disinfectant wipes and hand sanitisers are based on QUATS, (quaternary ammonium salts) and whilst very effective at killing bacteria, they don't trouble viruses.
For hand washing hot water and soap, used as directed for 20 seconds, will cause the virus to die, without wrecking your skin and fabrics.
