In the appellation the ICU doctors say that other countries can learn from the experience in Italy. They recommend decentralized treatment of the sick at home. With respirators at home that are telemetrically monitored in hospital. This relieves the medical staff, because otherwise they would decimate themselves if they all become positive and fail for service.
The doctors were insistent that the other countries that have everything ahead of them re the crisis not to be arrogant. Because often every country believes it has a better medical care, which must not be true.

There is however some good news from Lombardia the rate of new infections has dropped by 50%. There has also been a drop in deaths. We are two weeks now since the first stringent restrictions were introduced. Hopefully this trend will continue over the next week.
