No he owns a K9.


He actually owns a boat moored locally & would love to go sailing or even visit it. But Essex police are not allowing sailing or to visit moorings as they see the boats as second homes.
THe Essex police boat is moored on the next pontoon as well, but dog walkers are allowed past the boat hence Terry the K9.
