Ouch! Very glad you got away with it, all to easy for something like a deer to come over the top of a low slung car which could be an awful lot worse than a bit of metalwork and a light unit.
No lie. My biggest fear living where I do. We have critters! Large and small. It becomes a mathematical certainty that one will collide with some kind of fur ball.
Thank dog it wasn't a moose! That would have made my day in a real bad way!
