Well Michael, I can well understand your frustration. Here in California the streets are dry, no frost and NO RAIN! I don't know what is worse-- The lack of water or the mess you guys had out there last winter. It is truly a serious situation out here. The Gov just mandated a 20% cut in water and maybe more to come. I guess all we can do is pick our poison.
