The weathermen predicted beautiful weather for last weekend
So before the winter would show up, it looked a good idea to do a nice last tour with our Morgans for this autumn.
Searched on the map and the plan was made to drive to Lugano near the Italian border.
Checked on Tripadvisor and found a highly recommended hotel called Lugano Dante.
We left Grindelwald and drove via the Sustenpass 2224 m. down to Andermatt where we took the climb to the St. Gotthardpass 2106 m.
Halfway we changed for the old pass which is called the Tremola pass down to Airolo.
This one is much more scenic but has almost all the way cobblestones.
Via Bellinzona we arrived in Lugano.

Next day again beautiful weather we went north again and took the Lukmanierpass 1916 m. down to Desentis
From there the Oberalppass 2044 m. down to Andermatt
Via the Furkapass 2431 m. down to Gletsch
Up again via the Grimselpass 2165 m. down to Innertkirchen
and from there up on the Grosse Scheideggpass 1962 m. and down to Grindelwald again.

Also due to the fantastic warm, sunny weather and very clear sky it was again a fantastic ride.
The total vertical climb (and descent) during this two day’s was 7612 meter which is almost 25.000 feet
And the two M3W’s did it flawlessly !
