I normally wait until we've had a couple good rains after the last road treatment.

I'm sure you don't care and just said do it, but thought I would throw it out there for others that may want to wait until after a couple good rains to wash the crap off the roads.

Are you not an ACF 50 fan?

Never heard of ACF-50 until just now. It reads that it's used to stop already existing corrosion, but I would imagine that it may prevent as well. But my issue with the road residue is that it's just a real pain in the arse to clean up afterwards. AND it will lead to corrosion if it gets to bare metal of any kind, including engine cases and transmissions.

Kind of hard to clean some of these areas without a hoist and pressure washer. But in the case of the M3W hitting it with a pressure washer from underneath, you may end up with an interior full of water... smile
