Today I did some milage to visit Austrian vineyards close to the Czech border. It started as a pleasure trip with sunshine, 15°C, perfect small bendy roads, driving across undulating areas with small, sleepy villages and barely any other traffic. Everything was perfect till the wind freshened up, got stronger and stronger and finally blew +50mph. Interesting conditions.. The Mog shifted a little bit, but nothing spectacular regarding side drift or unsafe handling. Nevertheless pleasure was gone driving home for more than a hour against the wind, without a full face helmet and the relative windspeed of some 100mph... An other experience completed and it was worth doing it!
