Tim There is no sensible reason for getting a 3W. Just wanting one is enough. However be prepared for the reliability and build quality problems. They all have them, even the later cars. Performance wise the standard car is or feels dam quick so I wouldnt worry about that. They are brilliant to drive, nothing else compares. I have done 20,000 in mine and if it can go wrong it has. However it has still been an experience worth having. I do have serious concerns regarding longevity of whole drivetrain ( even the brilliant Mazda box gets a hammering from torque) I am serously considering the EV3 and if that is too expensive will be selling up and buying another motorbike. If you can afford it do it.
