Yes, it's called collaboration and partnering. The video makes little to no mention of the M3W. I work in the industry, this is very common.

I see a ton of advertising for products that I buy yet if I based my purchasing decision solely based on said advert, I would assume the product isn't for me. In short, it's an advert, not sure what the issue it.
