I have spoken to my dealer this morning over the phone and these are the findings:

- The cockpit that I ordered in "Raven Wood Black Ash - gloss" was delivered in something with a uniform piano black finish. This was pointed out by somebody else in this forum before. I find this a shame as the visible wood grain would have given the Super 3 a bit of that "Morgan" coachbuilding / vintage look. If I had known, I would simply have gone with the standard, i.e. cockpit painted in main color of the Super 3. The surcharge for the wooden cockpit will be taken off my bill. Not perfect, but still a gesture.
- Concerning the Morgan emblem stitched in black instead of light grey, the dealer got the answer from the factory that they apologize, but for cars ordered from March 2022 to November 2022 the logo was always stitched in the color of the leather. They are aware that the configurator showed something different, but they just do not seem to bother.

I am aware that the replacement of the full seat arrangement due to a wrong emblem (plus shipping to Switzerland) is a bit over the top, but still there remains a bit of a bitter aftertaste as I have the feeling that I am "right" and they are "wrong" nono

The dealer offered me to do the "tail tidy" option and fixed installation for a CTEK battery charger plug for free. Also nice, but if I had the choice between this and new seats....
Since I am waiting for my Super 3 since March 2022 (first promised for July, then October and then January 2023) and am really eager to drive it this spring, I decided to leave it at that and take over my Super 3 early March.

My advice: should you order your Super 3 with any stitched emblems, make sure you clearly specify your expectation in terms of color.

Whilst not ideal, at least you have some answers with some solutions for you to think about. I hope I'm not stirring the pot but having looked at the dashboard again, it would appear it drops out much like most classic Mog's do. As it's a full veneer, or painted etc, it's clearly bolted in. Is there a chance MMC can ship over a veneered dashboard which your retailer can then swap in?

As for the emblems, your car does look quite smart as it is if I'm honest. A blind stitched emblem is quite sophisticated IMHO.

In the end, do what you feel is right for you and more importantly, look forward to the grin from ear to ear you will have once you start driving. I've been fortunate to have commissioned a few cars and all had issues. At first I was very upset and poured a ton of energy in was wrong when I should have been pragmatic with sorting the issues and not letting that take away from the positive experience of the car itself.
