It's safe for use on metal, rubber and plastic so spray it liberally around the exposed parts of the car.

On my M3W I also use Lanoguard which leaves a thicker layer of wax like protection and has proven effective over the last 18 months and 16,000 miles.

I've yet to try Lanoguard, but then I've never seen a rusty sheep, so it must work grin2
