Yes, I love them they are almost timeless. I often pass one of these on the Morgan trips and I'm pretty sure it lives somewhere in the village, we always acknowledge each other and smile so he has to be an enthusiast to own such a car.
As you say Richard fuel for that modified car could well be a problem plus the major drink issue, I'll bet the sound is worth it.
What an interesting history of the original owner, what a career and well worth the read.
