I'm 5' 8" too - the distortion in the corners of the screens is no worse than the blind spots caused by the A pillars in my cars. Overall, I think the visibility 360 is far better!
I adapted quickly - you have to just move your head and body a bit to see everything in the corners - all adds to the physicality of the Super 3!
