When driving it today, it conked out at a roundabout and the battery warning light popped up for a few seconds. So I’ll add that to the list of faults. And it’s only done 300 miles.
Will you tell us more on this, it seems you were able to get it restarted?
Yeah, it started straight up again and then the battery warning came up on the dash straight away. I turned off the heated seats and blower heater and it went off. I’m worried the annoying noise coming from the engine might be the alternator.
Chris The annoying noise - is it a high pitched whine/tone? - almost like an electric alarm? I have this noise which starts once the car is warm. I thought it was the alternator... I sent a sound recording to my dealer who sent it on to Morgan. They said it is a known fault related to the fuel system (vapour system) and there is a fix coming. Not sure if this helps you, but thought I'd share in case it is the same.
