Thank you CooperMan, that is exactly what I sent the dealer today.
I raised my complaint on 28.12.2022 so if the factory indeed in "shutdown" i.e. Christmas Holidays it gets even more interesting.. Let's see what the dealer says..
It will be interesting to see what response you get.....
