....but, that looks to me like untreated (no primer) metal that's been sprayed with a can of satin black. If it was me (I'm a picky 2009 Roadster owner) I would make a real stink until "they" (MMC or dealer) rectify or better replace.
I'd tend to agree - looks like there has been no surface preparation carried out. That won't be easy to rectify satisfactorily and you don't want a half-baked repair that drags on in the usual manner. I'd send the car back.
What on earth are Morgan playing at ? Does no one at the factory take ownership of the quality at various stages ?
