Twist the two rubber cones, they unscrew. Once these are removed, it lifts straight out. It takes 30 seconds at the most. I asked at the factory last week how to do it and felt a complete idiot when shown - they got a mechanic to demonstrate, I’m sure they did this to emphasise how simple it was!!
Interesting, when Greg from London Morgan dropped mine off it was one of the things he showed me. I'm guessing they didn't add an extra mudguard as the boot liner already acts in some respects as a mud guard and if they had added one it may have compromised boot space due to additional clearances etc. I have found that that boot has been kept very clean by the various seals around the boot liner. Although my approach to putting anything in the boot is to assume that it will get wet!!
Barkbark - did you just coat everything in ACF 50 or have you done it selectively?
