A Morgan owner of many years decided that he would move fromthe old traditions to the modern world.
He bought a Plus Four. As an extra step he specified an auto.
After a couple of weeks he phoned the dealer to report a problem.
“ The car is behaving rather oddly. It goes ok in the day but it won’t move at night. “
Reply.. “Have you driven an auto before? If not how are you starting the car and moving off?”
Owner replied.. “ Start the engine with foot on brake, select D and off we go. At night I start the car , select N but nothing happens. Seems the Night setting doesn’t work”.
