As a side note - after a six month long dispute with my energy supplier and the energy Ombudsman (who were totally useless) It's been agreed that my Smart meter has been over-reading by 53% since it was installed.
I trust compensation is being paid.
Now, how do we get them to under read by 53%???
This has been going on for almost three years so I'm now due to get back a four figure sum as a rebate.
To add insult to injury, aside from the pitiful rebate they initially offered me, they added an additional £20 as, quote "a goodwill gesture"
