I do also wonder about re-gen with a big load on it. It is going to confuse the re-gen system
Interesting point. As the system is capable of delivery maximum current and torque delivery for drive purposes, I would imagine it would be capable of doing the same in Regen since it's just the direction of current flow that's different. but what if one was descending a steep gradient with a load that threatened to push the car faster than it was able to accelerate?
I suspect that just as in an ICE car, judicious application of the brakes would also be necessary to keep everything under proper control.
